Biography

Based in East Lothian, Chapelhill Fine Furniture was founded in 2021 by Iain Stirling. Having qualified as a chartered accountant in 2004, Iain spent the next 16 years working in accounting and financial services roles before taking the opportunity in 2020 to start afresh in a ’second’ career as a furniture designer and maker by undertaking the Professional Course at the Chippendale International School of Furniture.

Chapelhill Fine Furniture now takes commissions to design and make furniture for both inside and outside your home.
