Biography

Joachim's furniture design is influenced by my family's boatbuilding past and his engineering background. He loves to find new and unusual forms to fit around the functional nature of furniture. By drawing on experience of modern manufacturing processes and using CAD and CNC he can produce intricate and varied work that combines CNC efficiency with fine hand crafted details. Joachim and his small team work on varied projects, from large fitted commissions to small detailed pieces, the more challenging the better. The portfolio includes kitchens, bookcases, tables, staircases, display cabinets, always with the same care and attention to detail no matter the project size.
